In recent years, due to changes in diet and living habits, there is a big change in people’s body, and the number of people with special body type is increasing. What’s more, people’s clothing requirements in quality, fit and individuation is higher and higher, the traditional batch production mode for clothing has been unable to meet the needs of people. Therefore, personalized made-to-measure model for clothing is the development trend of garment industry in the future, the urgent need for the development of garment CAD technology from2D garment CAD current to the3D garment CAD. At present, the domestic and foreign research for generating3D garment and virtual display technology has been gradually, has a series of achievements in the aspects of garment modeling, suture and collision detection. But the traditional3D garment modeling are generated by stitching2D garment, the consideration on different human body is insufficient, so the individuation and fit of garment is inadequate.Based on the study of existing3D garment generating technology, fully utilizes the shape information of different individuals, proposes the personalized3D garment model generation method based on body model driven, and the qualitative description of the fit for garment has been quantified, puts forward a fuzzy evaluation method witch describes and evaluates the fit of garment quantificationally.This paper firstly constructs the initial3D garment model. Through processing characteristics of the human body to obtain and adjust the initial section line of clothing and contour line, then the clothing parameterize framework is obtained after adding constraints. According to the framework garment surface is divided into a plurality of surfaces, each piece of surface is constructed by using bilinear interpolation of Coons surface, at last the initial3D garment model is constructed after surface joining.And then put forward the method of generating3D garment human body based on model driven. According to the residual quantity of feature points and lines of personalized3D human body model and standard3D human body model the driven data is obtained, driving the initial3D garment framework to deform by using DFFD algorithm and NURBS spline deformation, then personalized3D garment model is generated after curved surface constructing.Then proposes a method for fit evaluation of clothing. On the foundation of constructing a garment fit model, a fuzzy method for fit evaluation of garment by using the fuzzy mathematics theory, then evaluates the personalized3D garment model constructed before, so the rationality of the method of generating individual3D garment in this paper is proved.Finally, a personalized3D garment module is developed and added to the pMTM system of our laboratory by using CsGL witch is a interface of OpenGL for C#developing.
