The technology of Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery has good potential of application. Asone kind of MEOR, the Microbial Water Flooding technology can treat so much arrange ofreservoir that it can improve the oil production, and be able to enhance the oil recovery really. Inthis dissertation, the theoretical development and the application advancement of MEOR at homeand abroad are engaged by our extensive efforts of information collection and field investigation,so are the actuality of the exploitation and the application of MEOR numerical software. On the basis of the features of the low permeability reservoir at the water flooded transitionzone of the North Sa at the Daqing Oilfield, a three-dimensional, three phase and polycomponentflowing mathematical model is selected for calculation. This model includes the componentmigration equation, black-oil-type simulation model, microbial kinetics equation, permeabilityreduction model and the occluded oil activation model, all of which are capable of describing themicrobial physical, chemical and biological processes occurring in the porous media. Throughthe microbial compatibility experiment in the lab with the bacterial culture with the fieldenvironment, several field experiment schemes are established, which is then evaluatedsystematically with the numerical simulator. And a feasible scheme is optimized to proceed thewaterflooding susceptibility test. The results show as follows: the injection pressure falls, theapparent water injectivity index rises, the developed degree of the oil layer is improved, theliquid-producing capacity and the daily oil output increase, the water-cut decrease. Such gooddisplacement characteristics indicate the feasibility of the microbial water-drive exploitation atconditions of the transition zone, and this method could be used at extensive scale. This field testalso explains the good effect of microbial displacement. It is known that the microbe culture iswell compatible with the transition zone oil layer and possess better flexibility. The computingpower of the numerical simulator is validated as well. The modeling results could direct the fieldexperiment.
