This list includes 116 indexes,which are divided into organoleptic property and general chemist indexes, toxicologyindexes, bacteriology indexes and radioactivity indexes.The assessment method includes single sample comprehensive evaluation andarea comprehensive evaluation. The former work aim to evaluate the single sample'swater quality according to its indexes, and the latter one use the former's results toevaluate the area groundwater quality. In the meanwhile the assessment methodattempt use probability and statistics to optimize the area results. In addition, we setup a Computer-program which can enhance work efficiency and accuracy greatly forevaluation.Through comparing the paper's method with Nemero Indexes, Grey ClusterMethod and Fuzzy Mathematics, it shows the assessment according with physicalsituation and is better than Nemero Indexes, further more, it doesn't need to designand the comprehensive result of area is according with actual condition on the whole.And also the new method is simple, convenient, undistorted and the result has explicitphysical and plentiful meaning.
