The epoxypropane (PO) is the important organic industrial chemicals, may use in producing the polyurethane, the coating, the solvent and so on, the application domain involves the plastic processing and the fine chemical industry, Has the very good application prospect, The output increases year by year.At present the industrialization production epoxypropane method mainly is altogether the oxo-process and the chlorhydrin law, Our country produces the epoxypropane the method is the most classical chlorhydrin law, This method merit obvious, the flow short, the craft mature, the operation elasticity big, the selectivity good, the production rate is high, in addition, is lax to the raw material propylene purity request, the construction invests few, production relative security;But the shortcoming is the equipment is easy to corrode, produces contains NaCl or the CaCl2 waste water and consumption quite many chlorine, the pollution quite is serious. It produces in particular the waste water, the high temperature (60 80℃), the high pH value (10 12), the high salt (CaCl2 quality scores is 3.5% 4.0%), High SS (the SS density is 0.3% 0.5%), COD in 1000 2000mg/ L.This research was aimed at microbiological treatment of phenyl acetic acid manufacturing wastewater.
