After the apearance of the nanocomposite permanet magnetic materials, with it's perfect internal magnetism, it initiate a new power for the research of magnetic materials. The permanent magnetism is beyond the NdFeB, and the Curie temperature increased greatly, which provide optimistic foreground for the permanent materials. The amorphous band was perpared using the melt-spun method, and Sm3(Fe,M)29Nx/α-Fe (M=Cr,V) powders were carried out through the processing of crystalization and nitrification etc. The pocessing> detection and analysis method for Sm3(Fe,M)29Nx/α-Fe (M=Cr,V) magnetic materials were stuied detailedly. Adopting advanced detection method, author analysizes the microstructure and magnetic performance. The effect of addition element on microstructure and magnetic performance were stuied basically.The minor elements were added befittingly, while the atom rate of addition element is below the 3.3% such as Sm3(Fe26.5Cr2V0.5)> Sm3(Fe26Cr2V1), the minor elements were steady in Sm3(Fe, M)29 phase and the rate of Sm3(Fe, M)29 and α-Fe was perfect. So the homogeneous amorphous made out by the melt spun, then the unanimous amorphous alloy was carried out. The uniform grain was fabricated out by crystalization. We got an advanced magnetic performance far-beyond the alloy in other component. When the atom rate of addition element is beyond the 3.3% as Sm3(Fe25.5Cr2V1.5) , Sm3(Fe25Cr2V2), the added elements enhance α-Fe phase consumingly, and debase the liquidity acutely, thus depress the magnetic performace.
