V-Si-β All-Si-β, Ti-Fe-β molecular sieves were successfully synthesized via hydrothermal procedure. The synthesized samples are characterized by XRD, IR, UV-Vis , TG, DTA and SEM. molecular sieves were successfully synthesized. It confirm that molecular sieves contain a BEA phase of good species, and suggest the presence of iron in framework position . The system studied the respond mixture and the respond condition to influence the nucleate outcome , investigated the outcome of formation regulation with cheap synthetic method. In the system V-β and All-Si-β molecular sieves in the hydroxylation of phenol with H2O2 as the oxidant was also investigated .Novel hetero-atom-β and All-Si-β molecular sieves were synthesized.Fist mixture blend to transparent dissolved substance uniformly .then The clear gel of reactant was charged into a stainless autoclave and heated at 413k for certain time under static conditions , After crystallization , The product was filtered , washed with deionized water , dried at 373k , the reaction product was white .The synthesis conditions were as follows: starting reaction mixture molar chemical composition and reaction time : The V-β molecular sieves :60SiO2-xV2O5-XTEA)2O- zH2O- wNH4F ( l≤x≤6, y≥6 , 500≤z≤800, w≥5 ), reaction time: 7d-12d.The All-Si-β molecular sieves : 60SiO2 -x (TEA)2O- y H2O-zNaF (x≥16, 480≤y≤660, 1.2≤z≤36 ), reaction time: 12d.The Ti-Fe-β molecular sieves: 60SiO2 :2 x TiO2: x Fe2O3:y (TEA)2O:z H2O: w NaF (0.5≤x≤1, y≥12, 480≤z≤720, 24≤w≤0.6), reaction time: 12d.The V-p molecular sieves and the All-Si-β molecular sieves have certain catalyst function to phenol hydroxylation.
