With the development of national economy, the technology of mine operation has been asked more higher as our country has entered the stage of higher consume in mineral resource, especially the rapidly development of mining industry in recent years. In this background, it is important to study the ore grade distribution and the mining method of donggou molybdenum mine are studied.(l)The quantitative relationship between point loading and unaxisl compression strength index was established based on the experimental results.(2)understood the ore grade distribution rule and constructed ore grade predicted model using the theory of the gary forecasting .(3) The rock stress value of persent depth was given on the basis of ultra sonic velocity and Acoustic emission test under unaxisle compression procession.(4)Reasonable mining method at present was proposed through proof and comparison, and the stability of remainder pillar was analyzed in order to offering scientific basis for exploy pillar later.(5)Simulated stope structural and optimized stope structural parameter through 3-D numerical model.According to mine actual situation ,the research technique and result in paper have built the foundation for next step of design and the construction of Donggou molybdenum mine, Specially ore grade predicted model and the result about mining method paramete optimization have provided one kind of new mentality and method for the similar mine.
