Shortage of water resource and pollution of water environment is main crisis in the whole world.Our country belongs to shortage of water resource.Baogang locates in Huadong six provinces of aridity. Waste water drained from a industiey with a lot of pollutants influences in water body seriously. So it is very important to deal to wastewater from steel industries.Deeply treatment wastewter water reaching a certain quality standard which recircle in certaint range is defined reclaimed water.It is regarded as very important all of countries in the world.Baogang builded in 50's is one of the oversize iron and steel united corporations,7 million ton capability of iron and steel production.Baogang locates west Huanghe River,the factories producing and living with water resource of Huanghe River fetch about 3m~3/s,the draining systerm influxes all of wastewater from each second unit. The pollution genes such as SS, oil, heavy metal and hydyoxbenzenneand cyanogen in the waterbody overtake the standard. Not treated total draining wastewater polluting Huanghe and Kunhe specially threatens waterhead of Huajia Chun located 10 km backward to supply drinking water for people in Baotou.To decrease the pollution of total draining wastewater to HuangHe, develop and reuse the wastewater and further improve circulating rate of water,it's imperative to build up the wastewater treatment plant.This thesis made sure to the total draining of B.G to reuse to processing degree of the water and handle the craft and handle the result through present condition of using , draining water and analyzing water quality and with recircling the water standard contrast, found out to exist the problem, reclaimed water currently to request higher to the fluid matter with parts of customers of water, can't reuse directly. Put forward the suggestion recircling warer to needed the further processing deeping and processing deeply craft project to make sure the economic evaluation of technique. Can see through the evaluation from thetechnique, B.G total draining the rebirth is aqueous of reuse, not only have the profound social performance and compare like of economic performance, but also carried out to B.G to sweep the production, reduce to BG to take the water from the yellow river, raise to industry water repetition utilization,can for BG to provide the energy guarantee while extend production scale.
