At present, there are a large number of enterprises producing ceramic in Ghangdong province, especially Feshang. These enterprises adopt the technique of gasification for energy supply, which produces great amount of waste water containing much components that are difficult to dispose of, such as cyanide, volatilized Phenol, etc. It costs a lot to treat such waste water directly. This paper studies on the combination of such waste water and powder coal from gasification to produce coal water mixture. Domestically, application of coking waster water for production of coal water mixture is still on the primary stage with quite few theory and application research.The article is researching about the technology system of gasification of coal and combustion of coal water mixture, which are conducted in Shuncheng Ceramic Co. , ltd. It is mainly about to make coal water mixture by gasification cleansing waste water (belongs to coking waste water, including gasification washing waste water, dust deposition waste water and tar separation water), as well as to apply it in powder coal kiln during the production of ceramic products so as to provide the data and theoretic foundation for research on whether it is possible to recycle the coking waste water to make coal water mixture. This paper not only make basic qualitative and quantitative analysis on coking waste water produced while gasification, contaminates in the gas emission place in each stage after the combustion of gas and coal water mixture, but also give detailed analyses are conducted about its preparation, application and applicability in ceramic enterprises.The research results show that there are large amount of pollutants in the process of gasification and the simple purification system has some purifying effects. The content of particles and fluoride is beyond the standard in the pollutants at smoke and gas emission place after combustion of coal water mixture. This indicates that the technic is basically reasonable, but still need to be improved so as to reduce thecontent of those two emissions. The tested component content of coking abstersion waste water is complex, in which there are too much harmful types, direct dealing is difficult to meet the country's standard and is not permitted economically. According to the balance estimation and calculation of sulfur content, the windage between sulfur content in raw coal and that is tested in system is 2.97%.Coking cleansing waste water after reclaiming tar can be used as raw material of coal water mixture, this method can not only solve the problem of the discharge of coking waste water, but also make full use of coal powder that not apply to coal gas technics, which greatly decrease the energy consumption in ceramic enterprises. Considering from economic view, compare to the original heavy oil, manufacturing coal water mixture with gasification of coal and coking waste water can save 3.83 million RMB in a year. Manufacture of Coal Water Mixture With Coking Waste Water not only change the waste into treasure but also greatly reduce the waste's discharge rate. The result shows that using coking waste water and coal powder produced through gasification of coal is reasonable and applicable, and reaches the goal of being technically applicable, economically reasonable and environmentally friendly, which is definitely suitable for promotion in present ceramic industry.
