Study On Meandering River Water Environmental Capacity

Along with the development of the economy in our country, pollution of the environment is increasingly serious, particularly the environment of water. In recent years, the water pollution affairs take place again and again. That endangers the heath of the residents, checks the development of the economy. The our country environmental protection of '95" periods work the overall implement pollutant exhausts the total control, with this to insure the district of the density of the pollutant attain the environment quantity target value. Therefore, the research of the water environmental capacity becomes the focus that each environmental protection section pays attention to.Water environment capacity is the maximal allowable admitted sewage, which is based on the range, hydrology condition, stated drainage way and water quality goal. The environment capacity is based upon scientific research of hydrology character of drainage area, drainage way and transfer disciplinarian of sewage. It also combines the management and control object confirmed by need of environment management. Water environment capacity reflects not only nature property of drainage basin but also human environment need. The environment capacity will change with variety of water resource and the improvement of human environment need.In this topic the Pangzhihua section of Jinsha river was used as the research object. Some research was done about the hydrological characteristic and the water environmental capacity of meandering river. According to the hydrological characteristic of meandering river, the water quality of Pangzhihua section was simulated used COD as the simulation object in finite cell method. An optimized model of water environmental capacity of meandering river has been established. The result of water environmental capacity computed shows that the water environmental capacity in Pangzhihua section has biggish surplus. So in existing condition of limber hole distributing and water environment functional partition, the limber gross of enterprise is no need to be reduced, but it is need for the enterprise to strictly comply with the standard of limber.The result of this subject focusing on river environmental capacity ofJingsha river in Panzhihua is with practicability and pertinency, which provides a basis on how to protect water environment in Panzhihua.
