Study On The Gas-Field Water Treatment Technology In Sichuan Province And Apply In Engineering

The gas-field water, which is one kind of stratum water, is exploited along with the production of natural gas .It will cause environmental problems such as soil hardening and ground water contamination if not treated properly. At present, there are three gas-field water treatment methods: discharging, reinjecting, and reusing. The concentration of suspended solid (SS) must be strictly limited in reinjecting.In this paper, we mainly analyze the gas-field water, including the source, the idiosyncrasy and the influence to the entironment and the production of natural gas;and introduce several typical treatment technologies. Based on the detailed analysis of gas-field water in the Sichuan basin, including the distribution of gas-filed water and the feature of the geology of Sichuan, the paper takes research on the gas-filed water treatment in Sichuan. Contrasting the technology of gas-field water treatment , coagulation treatment is put forward which is suitable for the gas-field water in Sichuan.Then the author puts forward the problems which are in existence now , at the same time , the suggestions are given. At the end of this paper, the No.1# in Fu Jiamiao of Shunan Gas Mine is selected as the case study. Being faced with following problems in the process of reinjecting gas-field water treatment: high energy demand, bad disposal effect, facility illusion etc, this paper puts forward one improved disposal programs which is coagulation- inclined tube settle- flotation -filtration.,This paper investigates the literature about the gas-field water, then classifies and compares each treatment technics. According the condition of the gas-field water in Sichuan, with the reality, coagulation treatment is put forward which is suitable for the gas-field water in Sichuan. So the study in this paper is of referential value for the gas-field water treatment technology in Sichuan gas-field water treatment.
