Electromagnetism is an important modern subject, has a common purpose in many fields. Material properties as well as its internal energy change characteristics under the influence of electromagnetic field is the key research aspects of this subject. After years of development and research the electromagnetism has been widely used in the sewage purification, biological engineering, agronomy, medicine and other scientific fields. Electromagnetic coagulation technology application in wastewater treatment is a kind of important emerging technologies which is derived with the development of the electromagnetism, and sewage purification effect is significant. This paper expounds the research progress and the basic principle of electromagnetic coagulation water purification treatment technology and introduced in detail the design process of the magnetizing device.The design of alternating magnetic field generator used in coagulation water purification processing is overall divided into the magnetic circuit part which output magnetic field, the circuit which motivating magnetic field and the control section with the DSP as the core. This paper select permeability ferrite around with coil as the head of the magnetic field, its structure is designed into a U type which open a air gap in the middle, choose magnetic ferrite as the core, can greatly enhance the capacity of the output of the magnetic field, and effectively reduce the power consumption of the system. When the power to work in the middle of the air gap produce uniform magnetic field and it is the coagulant magnetized area. Driver circuit part adopts AC/DC/AC equipped with DC chopper as the typical topology structure, inverter circuit adopt the RLC half bridge series resonance form. Adopt the improved digital phase-locked loop (DPLL) to ensure that the inverter working in quasi resonant state and to make sure that power circuit safe and stable work. The frequency of magnetic field can be adjusted from 0 to 2(KHz) and the strength of magnetic field can be adjusted from 0 to 50(mT).This paper expounds the design process of alternating magnetic field generator used in coagulation water purification processing, analyses the design method of main circuit and the selection of key parts, through calculation and analysis of the theory of the low and middle frequency magnetic, reference design example of induction heating power supply, puts forward the designing scheme of low and middle frequency magnetic field generator applied to sewage purification treatment. According to chapters respectively introduced the main circuit topology, control method, hardware circuit and software design of the system in detail.Using matlab/simulink software to build the main circuit, verify the feasibility of main circuit topology and parameters design.Using ansoft maxwell finite element simulation software maxwell 2D for two dimensional magnetic field finite element analysis, to characterize the magnetic properties of the magnetic circuit.Through the Tek-TPS2024 oscilloscope measure the experimental waveforms and made a detailed analysis. After the completion of the experimental apparatus, using the device for the coagulation water purification processing experiment, and make a simple analysis of the experimental results, and use the relevant data mapped graphics through Origin9.0.
