Based on the simulated experiments, this paper discusses the mechanism of stabilization and the influence factors of the anaerobic-semi-aerobic landfill;confirms the evaluation index system and evaluation standard based on the comparison with the semi-aerobic method;and attempts to forecast the characteristic index of the COD of the anaerobic-semi-aerobic landfill by Chebyshev orthogonal self adapting method, then judges stabilization degree of this type landfill.The results of laboratory simulated tests indicate that: the change of the operation method in the stabilization evening of the anaerobic simulated poles can improve the degradation of landfill obviously and accelerate the attenuation of the organic matter contaminator in the leachate and increase the settlement speed and promote the stabilization of the landfill. After changing the operation method for 3 months, the concentration of ammonia-N in the leachate descends rapidly from 1781.27mg/L to 38.03mg/L;and the concentration of COD is from 5000mg/L to 2500mg/L;the proportion that is the total quantity of the settlement in the landfill to the original filling height of the garbage increases 5.81%. In addition, the original compacted density of the garbage has direct influence on the settlement of the landfill;and the diameters of leachate collection pipes have important influence on the quantity of the leachate and the removal of ammonia-N.According to the results of the test and the theoretical analysis, it discovers that the attenuation of the ammonia-N concentration in the leachate of the landfill accords with the first-order reaction process and the attenuation coefficient decreases ceaselessly as time passing, but the attenuation of the COD concentration does not accord with the first-order reaction process. The important question in the evening of the stabilization of the anaerobic-semi-aerobic landfill and semi-aerobic landfill is the disposal of COD. In condition of the laboratory simulated tests, the COD concentration can be seen as the important index of the stabilization state. Using the Chebyshev orthogonal self adapting method to forecast the characteristic index of the COD and others of the anaerobic-semi-aerobic landfill and the semi-aerobic landfill, then to forecast the stabilization time of the anaerobic-semi-aerobic landfill and at the same time to modify the stabilization standard.The research of this thesis is a beneficial attempt and the test results have some important reference value for the anaerobic landfill and the semi-aerobic landfill.
