Landfill is currently the most important waste treatment and disposal technology, but due to the traditional anaerobic landfill, there are problems such as slow biodegradation of waste, difficult treatment of leachate pollutants and disorderly discharge of large amount of landfill gas.The new landfill technology can effectively accelerate the biodegradation rate of landfills. The quasi-aerobic landfill technology has the advantages of reducing landfill gas and improving the water quality of leachate. However, due to the low activity of indigenous microorganisms in the landfill, the waste is degraded.Slow, there are still problems such as long stabilization time.Bio-enhancement technology accelerates the biodegradation of organic matter and is widely used in waste treatment. In this paper,we used the existing strains in the laboratory to develop a rapid and stable composite microbial agent in the quasi-aerobic landfill, and studied its superior inoculum. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the functional strains existing in the research group, through screening and multiple subcultures,*consisting of*,consisting of*functional bacteria and*functional bacteria was obtained. And a deodorant group consisting of*functional bacteria. There is no antagonistic relationship between the strains, and four groups of composite flora are obtained according to the functions of the*types of flora, and the composite flora composed*has the strongest enzyme-producing ability.(2)The microflora IV is a composite microbial that promotes the stabilization effect of the semi-aerobic landfill.Inoculation of microflora IV into the reactor, landfill waste volatile solid(Volatile Solid,VS)content,(hemicellulose+cellulose)/lignin[(H+C)/L]and sedimentation rate change rate are the fastest. At the end of the landfill, the reactor's VS,the(H+C)/L and sedimentation rate was*?*,*?*,*?*lower than other reactor, respectively; The ammonia nitrogen concentration of the leachate decreased to*.*mg/L on the**th day, reaching the national domestic waste landfill pollution control standard(GB16889-2008)*days to*days earlier than other reactors.During the landfill period, the cumulative yield of leachate and the reducing organic matter were*-*and*-*less than other reactors. In the odor removal process, the H_*S in the reactor inoculated with microflora IV was higher than other reactors. The reactor was removed*days earlier and the NH_*concentration was always lower than other reactors after*days of landfill.(3)The inoculum of the composite microbial agent is suitable within the range of*to*.Within this range, the landfill stabilization process is basically consistent, and the VS content,(H+C)/L and sedimentation rate change rate are faster than other inoculum changes.By the end of landfill, the VS content and(H+C)/L were lower than other inoculations, and the sedimentation rate was always higher than other inoculations. The cumulative yield of leachate and reducing organic matter was lower than other inoculations. The amount of ammonia nitrogen in the landfill leachate discharge standard specified in the National Domestic Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard(GB)is*d to*d earlier than other inoculations. The H_*S and NH_*concentrations were always lower than other inoculums and were first removed in the landfill.(4)Two-factor four-parameter landfill stabilization index evaluation method and grading system were used to quantitatively evaluate the stabilization degree of semi-aerobic landfill under different inoculums of composite microbial and microflora. The results showed that all the quasi-aerobic landfills under the action of the complex flora reached a level of stabilization similar to that of the traditional landfill for*years.Among them, the comprehensive index of the IV stability of the microflora was the highest, and it was very close to the basic stability. The degree of stabilization.Under the different inoculation amount of the composite microbial, when the inoculation amount of the compound aerobic landfill composite microbial was less than*,the degree of landfill stabilization gradually increased with the increase of the inoculum amount.Under the inoculation amount of*?*,the stabilizing effect is basically the same, and all of them reach a basically stable degree of stabilization, which is basically stable*to*years earlier than other inoculations(in the case of traditional landfill years).
