Applied widely in rolling field, continuous local plastic forming has beenone of the most important parts in MR plastic working. The development ofrolling such as plates, section material and tubing play an important role inindustry and economic construction. Continuous local plastic forming playingan important role in rolling is because it has plenty of specialty such as staticpressure forming, high capacity usage ratio, steady quality, realizingmechanization and automatization easily, high manufacture efficiency andmaking full use of MR plastic potential.Rolling forging as a kind of forging craft introduces rolling deformationinto produce. In pulling pole and flat blank rolling roller forge have obviousadvantages for improving material utilization, manufacture efficiency andproduct quality with its continuous local forming. But the roller has acongenital defect. Forward slide and backword slide must be generated whenblank deforming between revolution up and down roller. Because the blankonly receives the horizontal restraint of the mould, the length of the axial is infree, so it take shape size of part stability bad and can only use for makingbase process. For solve the problem, some technologist both at home andabroad once had made much research of trial from lubricate, temperature andenter respect of giving etc, but there is no result of succeeding.My tutor, professor Song YuQuan, integrated the virtues of roll forgingbetween closed die forging and invested the new process of rolling plasticprecise forming, further contrived the rolling plastic precise machine, whichhas been accepted as the national patent (patent No.ZL95109871.3). Therolling plastic precise machine takes advantage of feature of successive localplastic forming of roll forging and has the same excellence of closed dieforging. The invention of patent, "rolling plastic precise machine" make rollforging precise forming become possible.As a plastic precise equipment for level axial symmetry pole, rollingplastic precise machine has many characteristic, such as high work pieceprecision, steady quality, having no flanged or little flanged, no shock andnoise, realizing automation easily, etc. Though it is numerous that the rollingplastic precise machine has advantages, it stills have a weak point. Therunning motion of rolling plastic precise machine is that the gear on rollerdrives rack and they engage again and again. Gear and rack engage again andagain must generate error. In extensive production, this error will influence theprecision of the work piece. Arming at this problem, my tutor professor SongYuQuan think repeatedly and point out unidirectional continuous rollingplastic precise machine. Based on rolling plastic precise machine,unidirectional continuous rolling plastic precise machine uses unidirectionalcontinuous transmission equipment. Unidirectional continuous rolling plasticprecise machine improved rolling plastic precise machine improved. Based onthe patent of "rolling plastic precise machine" and the idea of unidirectionalcontinuous transmission, we researched unidirectional continuous rollingplastic precise machine in this thesis.At first, based on the patent of "rolling plastic precise machine" and theidea of unidirectional continuous transmission mechanism, we put forward thescheme for running of unidirectional continuous rolling plastic precisemachine. Second, we analyzed the feasibility in this scheme and solved thedifficult among it. Then, we made sure the scheme for running ofunidirectional continuous rolling plastic precise machine.According to the patent of "rolling plastic precise machine" and thescheme for running of unidirectional continuous rolling plastic precisemachine, we designed the structure of the equipment which include therunning part, the feeding mechanism, the pusher mechanism and theunidirectional continuous transmission mechanism. The running part is thefoundation of rolling machine, all the other components are derived by therunning part. The design of unidirectional continuous transmission mechanismis emphasis as well as difficulty, including the design of toothed chain, tensionmechanism and turning mechanism. The female die in mother plate ofunidirectional continuous transmission mechanism should just fit with themale die in the roller when the machine runs one turn, so there must be somerelation between the tooth of gear and the total tooth of rack chain, it's that thetotal tooth of rack chain is the integer multiple of the tooth of gear. The toothof gear would associated with the tooth of rack, the length of rack and thewhole unidirectional continuous transmission mechanism. The turningmechanism is the mechanism that made racks turn and loaded much weight ofrack chain.Using the equipment of three-dimensional modeling software UG, wemodeled and assembled for design and prepared numerical model forchecking with finite element method and dynamic analog simulation. Wetransmitted the numerical model to the Structure of Application and analyzedthe rigidity and deformation. From the figure gained by analyzing we can seethe stress and deformation and analyze the result. Using UG motion modular,we simulated the overall operation of equipment and get the running locus ofrack chain and the vertical direction displacement change of tension wheel.Analyzing the result, we have verified the feasibility of overall operationscheme further and put forward improvement opinion.
