Recently, flow injection on-line preconsentration system with minicolumn widely hasbeen used to determination of trace metal elements in the complex matrix samples owing tothat have better precision, lower consumption of reagents, strong against interfere and readilyautomated opetation because of its advantages of faster analysis. One of the most successfulapplication of this technique is the combination with atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS),which has not only enhanced the classical analytic method of AAS, but also expended theanalytical objects of AAS from metal elements to various anions and organic compounds, sohas introduced new vitality into the classical analytic method of AAS. Chelating resin in theminicolumns filling material be much more applied to preconcentration trace heavy elements,for that functionalization with much novel groups, that have advantages such as thatsynthesize simple, price unexpensive, biggish adsorption capability, interfere few, betterstability and strong conmbination with metal ions.In our paper, three new chelating resins with -N=N-bond to Amberlite XAD-2 resinwith H2Dz, PAN and PAN+8-HQ were synthesized and characterized by IR, TGA etc,respectively, and XAD-H2Dz packed in a minicolumn were application for determination ofCd, Cu and Pb in environmental water sample adoption flow injectionon-linepreconcentration system combination with flame atomic absorption spectrometry.
