The water resources crisis has become the extremely incisive social question. From a global perspective, is under the active control and the government along withthe point source pollution, the non-point source has become a big source of pollutionor the most important source of pollution which the water quality worsens. Ourcountry non-point source contamination concern day by day is also serious, How didthe science know and the active control non-point source pollution has become anurgent research topic. This article take the Jingpo lake non-point source pollution research as anexample, from the Jingpo lake basin terrain, geological, meteorological, the hydrology, the vegetation and the land utilization investigation starts to the model to test the plotactual, selects the non-point source pollution model, and has carried on the revisionmany times to the parameter, the confirmation model feasibility and the serviceability,The conclusion is as follows.1. The rainfall-runoff calculate by CREAMS (Chemical Runoff and Erosionfrom Agricultural Management Systems) was 3406.28*104t/a.2. The soil loss load calculate by USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation)was4406.8t/a.3. Through calculation, the contamination loads of particulate nitrogen, particulate phosphorus, soluble nitrogen, soluble phosphorus were 5374.2kg/a,2719.2kg/a, 4134.1kg/a, 637.7kg/a respectively.4. the data from the experiment site located in the north of jingpo Lake matchwith the result of I class soil type which proved that the parameter of the model suitedthis place well, the data of soil loss load and pollutant loss load calculated by themodels were believable...
