Cities are important human activity sites, with the rapid socio-economic development, the urbanization process continues to accelerate, human activity is increasing theecological damage to the environment, the soil of landscaping plant's survival hasundergone great changes, the natural soil has changed into a unique urban soil, pollutionserious, lack of nutrients, performance decline. This has resulted in good garden plants cannot grow, landscaping ecological, landscape and other functions can not be fully realized. Therefore, it is critical to study and explore rapid testing methods of urban soil physicaland chemic nature, according to the characteristics of urban soil to take specific measuresto promote the normal growth of garden plants to meet the people living construction inurban and landscaping needs of the city landscaping.Water, feed, gas and heat is four soil fertility factors, the paper selects urban soiloxygen and carbon dioxide content, water content, organic matter, quick impactphosphorous, available nitrogen indicators for research, the establishment or improvementof existing testing methods and explore to meet site, laboratory rapid and simple testmethods, analysis of error causes and infection factors of rapid and simple testing methodsto identify the calibration factor.Experimental results showed:Industry oxygen can measure soil oxygen content percent meet the site measurement, ready to measure air as gas calibration standards. Industry oxygen detected soil gas contentpercent consistent with the basic data provided by the literature.Applying activated alumina-thymol long linear adsorption CO2 law, develop lowconcentration of CO2 detection pipe measuring soil carbon dioxide content, the scope formesurement is 0.1%~5.5%, sensitivity is 0.1%, the correlation coefficient between thechange length of color detecion pipe and CO2 concentrations is R=0.994.Use alcohol incineration measuring soil water content and drying law relatively lowmargin not exceeding 1%, using the F-test law judge, the average difference in two ways isnot in the confidence level of 95%, it could not explain the significant differences betweenthe two approaches.Take a standard solution as the research object, using spectrophotometry mesuringorganic content. After linear regression, the correlation coefficient is R=0.999556, equationis Y=0.002418+0.22417X, so this law is workable. Spectrophotometry measuring soilmatter content in the assurance of accuracy higher than potassium dichromate. We can use potassium permanganate to replace non-phosphor activated charcoal inthe process of Quick-impact phosphorus tests of soil, detreated with sulphuric acidmolybdenum antimony supply solid Vc methods to improve acid molybdenum-antimonyin color mixed with the current agents, the durability period too short. The good linear relationship between the content of soil available nitrogen andtemperature, above 20 degrees, the difference of different kind of soil samples in availablenitrogen content is obvious.
