Biological repairing technology is a applied to the disposal of the polluted soil, it usually makes microorganism upon any degradable polluted things have maximum degradable rate by means of eliminating environmental ratio and restrictive genes .Because of its special structure metal porphyrins bears the function of passing electron and the activity something like microorganism enzyme, it is supposed to have some influence on biodegradation of polluted things. This research composes several metal porphyrins by method of solution-phase, and if is applied in the process of pentachloronitrobenzene's biodegradation. It focuses on researching microorganism upon metal porphyrins's reactive system, and some metal porphyrins's influence on the function of pentachloronitrobenzene's biodegradation.On the composing of metal porphyrins:The research adopts simple way to compose meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrin. Meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrin which got by means of method of solution-phase, seperately reacts with six kinds of metal ion Fe3+, Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, and then attains six kinds of compound: meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrinmanganese , meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyriniron, meso-tetra (para-hydroxylphenyl) porphyrincobalt, meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrinnickel , meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrincopper, meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrinzinc .With the analysis of UV-Vis and MS, make sure that six metal porphyrinsare destination products.With propionic acid as impregnant, applying the reaction of Pyrrolidone and 4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde to create meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrin, discusses the amount of propionic acid and absolute alcohol, upon reactive production rate, achieves the best proportion of propionic acid and absolute alcohol is 2:1.The compound got by method of solution-phase can improve the production rate of metal porphyrins,by means of increasing amount of metal salt .when metal salt is five times than the actuall amount, the rate of production is the highest. Adding cold water to compose metal porphyrin can get better rime after depositing, the remained reactant is dissolved into impregnant of DMF and cold water, spearates by depressurize and filtration. Metal porphyrin deposits completely when the proportion of volume of DMF and water is 1:2.On influence of metal porphyrins upon pentachloronitrobenzene biodegradation.Sorting out four strain which has best degradable result upon PCNB from the soil used pentachloronitrobenzene in it, including two bacterium, one fungi. Adding six kinds of metal porphyrins composed into solution-phase medium of pentachloronitrobenzene, then cultiveate them in the most suitable condition. Research the influence of metal porphyrins upon pentachloronitrobenzene's degradable function. If turns out that,in experimental condition meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrinmanganese and meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyriniron acclerate the growth of pentachloronitrobenzene's four degradable bacteria, meanwhile promote pentachloronitrobenzene's degradation.However,the existence of other four metal porphyrins restrain the growth of pentachloronitrobenzene degradable bacteria and the degradation of pentachloronitrobenzene.The promotive function of meso-tetra (para-hydroxylphenyl) porphyrinmanganese and meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyriniron whose chroma are 6mg/l are obvious upon pentachloronitrobenzene's biodegradation.The rate of degradation promotes from 4% to 10%.The function of meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyrinmanganese is larger than that of meso-tetra (para -hydroxylphenyl) porphyriniron .The representation is that the degradation rate improves and half life shortens with the existence of metal porphyrins, pentachloronitrobenzene's biodegradation still accords with first scale pattern of reaction dynamics.From above, metal porphyrins has certain effect on pentachloronitrobenzene's biodegradation, it can be used for reference towards the research of biological repair by means of microorganism enzyme.
