Through a great lot of literature research and comprehensive analysis, it occurs to us injection allocation methods mostly exist two classes: "macro injection allocation" and "micro injection allocation", but no one develops "macro injection allocation" into "micro injection allocation". Furthermore, in the present methods of "micro injection allocation", dividing coefficient which is only introduced by other oilfields is researched less and lack of basis of scientific theory, which cannot conform to present oilfield geology characteristic and exploitation characteristic actually that must be failed in injection allocation. So, on the base of analyzing injection allocation methods predecessor brought forward and pointing out application conditions and present shortage of these methods, we start this idea of "macro injection allocation" to "micro injection allocation", according to definitions of stage water storage rate and water drive index, adopt optimal method and obtain the optimal injection allocation rate which is conformed to oilfield by plate fitting method. After obtaining optimal injection allocation rate, we survey dividing coefficient, and firstly classify and sort some factors that affect dividing coefficient with grey correlation analysis method, and discuss how to obtain these factors and how to affect dividing coefficient, after finding primary effect factor, we firstly establish block dividing coefficient and vertical dividing coefficient, which get rid of shortage of conventional methods, then obtain single-well injection allocation rate and layered injection allocation rate divided by block dividing coefficient and vertical dividing coefficient. By contrast with Cha Heji oilfield practical data and practical water injection profile coefficient, the results show that this new method is properly reliable. Furthermore, we produce the software (IWAS) with Visual VC++6.0 language to enhance work efficiency. After applying this software to allocate injection wells in 12 block of Cha Heji oilfield, we gain preferable effect and improve exploitation level and management level of waterflood oilfield.
