At present,most oilfield sub-injection wells use bridge eccentric or concentric continuous sub-injection processes.These processes require regular downhole deployment.Underground operations are generally unreliable,and continuous water injection is becoming increasingly difficult to increase the volume of water injection and is easy to form water channeling.Although some oilfields use periodic water injection technology,it is difficult to optimize the water injection cycle and the injection volume due to the limitation of the injection equipment.To this end,this paper uses CAD and INVENTOR design to optimize the design of the layered wellhead flow distribution valve and the downhole layered packer,combined with the downhole layered dual pressure sensing system and the Internet of things technology,an intelligent pulsating cycle circulation layered water injection process technology.This technology eliminates the need to have the downhole flow allocation test.Using the data control terminal,it can realize remote control of the injection work system of a water injection well,and can achieve coordinated remote control of the surface and downhole so as to achieve the wellhead allocation of layered flow.This technology can monitor the pulsating periodic flow static pressure data of each layer,and evaluate and feedback the water injection effect through the embedded distribution model and analysis software system,as well as monitor the sealing effect of the packer in real time.In addition,taking full account of the pulsation cycle water injection process,combined with the results of IMEX analysis and verification,the functional relationship of permeability with pressure changes is added to the STARS module to simulate the periodic changes of reservoir physical parameters(permeability,porosity)with pulsation pressure,thus finally establishing an interlayer injection model considering the relationship between pulsating transient pressure and flow rate,designing and optimizing a set of a set of deployment method and related injection software for real-time monitoring and measurement and adjustment of layer segment for pulsating cycle water injection.
