Every year a lot of waste gypsum, pyritic slag and tailings are discharged all over our country because of gold smelt. Nowadays the utilization of these kinds of solid wastes is far less than enough, and a good deal of agriculture land has been occupied because of the accumulation of them. And because of windswept,sun-baked,drenched, the environment will be polluted by these solid wastes. Therefore the comprehensive utilization of these kinds of solid wastes has important practical meanings.Depending on this gold smelt corporation's requirements for these solid wastes, we link the characters of these solid wastes with the requirements for the future environmental protection, find out the proper and tended way to treat dosage completely. On the base of practical architectural configuration's requirements, manufacture different qualities' non-fired and non-steam bricks . On one hand we take the waste gypsum, pyritic slag as the main resources. Proportion is such as follows: scree 15%, pyretic slag 30%, waste gypsum 45%, cement 10%, then take the semi-dried method, high pressure moulding to produce the waste gypsum and pyrite cinder brick which resist pressure is over 100~# brick' resist pressure. On the other hand we take the tailings as the main material. Proportion is such as follows: scree 15%, tailings 75%, cement 10%. Then take the semi-dried method, high pressure moulding to produce the non-fired and non-steam tailing brick which resist pressure reaches 150~# brick' resist pressure . And the bricks' wearing is excellent. Through quantities of experiments to test the physics performance and the wearing; the result is the bricks from this system are the perfect substitute for the traditional clay brick. Moreover the less energy and the cost provide the condition for comprehensive utilization and integrate benefit of the solid wastes in our country.At last, we give the integrate evaluation for this gold smelt corporation to deal with these three kinds waste wholly. Give an example that establishing 50, 000, 000 block per year-the waste gypsum and pyrite cinder brick product line, which involve the early invest to build the industry, the metaphase to maintain the running, and the terminal to benefit from it. The net profit is 2,500,000 Yuan per year. According to the revenue free policy, we can take back the wholeinvest within two or three years. Since the non-fired and non-steam tailing brick needs less materials and working procedure, the expense is less. Moreover the performance of this kind of brick is better, so the economy profit is more obvious, it will have winder develop foreground.
