The spraying apparatus for carrying packages is main equipment on the productline for electrolyzing aluminium, which draw away the medium in the lowerpressure conditions in the front of the Spraying apparatus. Its performance willaffect the benefit directly. So, It has significant engineering value to research thespraying apparatus design method and technique. The author discussed thefunction structure and working principle of spraying apparatus, meanwhilesummarized and analyzed the problem existed in the use of the spraying apparatus,set up the dynamics modeling based on same phasic elasticity medium gas withhydromechanics theory. According to the dynamics model, the author focused ondesign method and technique of two types of spraying apparatus for carryingpackages: evoking apparatus and condensing apparatus;got the design method forthe spraying apparatus structure geometry size, by solving the momentum equationsof the spraying apparatus;deduced the formula for max spraying coefficient;qualitatively analyzed the effects of structure geometry size liquid velocity liquidtemperature on the working performance;set up the design method in sprayingapparatus utmost working situation;demonstrated the design flow and steps forspraying apparatus applying the above results;By practice checking , the abovemethod and technique are feasible and can solve the problems for praying apparatusdesign. Finally, by using modern design method, the author programmed designprogram for praying apparatus design;put forward a method to solve the function ofpneumatics by using float zone to search best solution. In practice,the software isreliable and enhanced the design efficiency. The above design method andtechnique software can not only solve the design problems for spraying apparatusfor carrying packages on the product line for electrolyzing aluminium, but also canmake the spraying apparatus in best performance, which has significant value forimproving design quality and efficiency, increasing profits and reducing cost andsolving the problem for equipment performance matching on the product line forelectrolyzing aluminium. |
