| According to much investigation, the paper brings forward a new way of automatization of Vicat apparatus in order to save resourse and and improve quality of cement, aiming at the behindhand conditions of mensuration field of cement coagulation time. Automatic recording Vicat apparatus is a material application of integrative product of machine and electron. The automatic Vicat apparatus is a specific application of mechatronics product. The employment of modern design method ,the applying of system engineering and the practice of people-machine-environment integral design, make design thought, design procedure, design organize more rational. The employment of dynamic analysis method, makes the problem analysis dynamiclization and reduces the system error. The optimization of the product structure and the reliability design of part have been analyzed and checked, guaranteeing the function of product stable and reliable. According to the development procedure of new products, the whole manufacturing procedure of the product has been finished, followed practice of integral planning, organization and management, forecast, execution, and evalution. New technique and new craft have been employed in order to guarantee manufacturing accuracy. After effort of one year, the prototype has been finished, and it can meet design requirement. Grid-shaped capacitive transducer with high precision has been employed in this product. Collection of data tested every time is recorded with coder. After disposed by microprocessor , it can be enacted according our need. The tested result shall be shown by LCD. It will be easy to operate with steady capability and it's technique keeps ahead in the world. At the same time, considering the situation of our country , the protective technique of power failure has been applied, which will greatly reduce the infection of test due to power failure.
