Purification techniques is the key course determining final products, and also is paramount in the whole sugar manufacturing process, therefore, it's especially important to investigate optimal purification techniques in carbonatation process and optimal technical conditions and indexes in purification. The research of the theme aims at: optimize controlled conditions of purification technics, improve purification efficiency and products quality and determine the orthogonal experiment program through analysis data of mono-factor experiment. Optimized technical conditions results from experimental analysis is as follows: Temperature is 60 ℃, limed phenothalin alkalinity is 0.9, CO2 Charging time is 30 min. The most favorable technical approach to produce refined sugar with raw sugar (the primary sugar) is: purification solution of instant liming and CO2 Charging adhering to principle of retainable restore sugar through low temperature, instant and mild base process.
