With the improvement of the living standard, people pay more and more attention to their health. We must indispensable the attach importance to the security of vegetables and fruits for they are necessity in our daily life. In order to insure the people can eat free-pollutant vegetables and fruits,the government execute the plan of free-pollutant food and the market permitting regulation. How to set up a rapid and accurate measure to detect the organophosphate pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables has become a research hotspot. This paper is a part of the special fund, the development of rapid screening instrument for the pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits from the Ministry of Science and Technology. The purpose of this paper are:(1)To study the effect of temperature on the determination of organophosphate pesticide residues and provide a basic theory for the design of portable device(.2)To study the new enzyme of AchE . Its main contents are: 1. The influence of temperature of colorimetric cell on the determination of organophosphate pesticides was studied. With the constant temperature controller, the stability and sensitivety of determination can be improved, and the limit of detection decrease. 2. To keep the detection temperature constant, a dry constant temperature controllor was set into the colorimetric cell, which could be used in the portable device. 3. The effect of environment temperature on the determination of pesticide resides by enzyme inhibition method . 4. The feasibility of different type of blood plasma as a new enzyme sources for the detection of the organophosphate pesticide residues.
