Recently, the study on reinforce reagent used rubber was developed in the world. Taking advantage of good physical chemical nature of different minerals for different user, developing functional reinforce materials with good character and lower price. The defects are resolved that are the complicated technology of Carbon Black and White Silica , difficult scatter of White Silica in the rubber and deep colour of carbon black.But, the densities of the inorganic minerals are higher than reinforce materials-carbon black, which heavy restricts the use of inorganic mineral materials in the rubber.By XRD, TG, SEM, IR, microscope and routine analytic means, systematic studies are made about the size, mineral composition, real density, PH, absorbent water, structure and property of the flyash in Fuxin.It indicated that flyash has unique property of low density and high activation as filler for rubber. series of chemical active tests and reinforce's tests in rubber and so on are carried. It indicated that flyash has unique property of low density and high activation as filler in rubber. The series of chemical treatment tests of flyash and reinforce-tests etc. in rubber are carried.The results show the active flyash can replace 30% carbon black as rubber' reinforce-filler in conveyer belt and 100% silica white as reinforced and the adhesive material in conveyer belt of the wire rope, and its product's density is close to carbon black', and its price is much lower. And reinforce mechanisms of active flyash replacing carbon black and silica white are analysised and studied.
