Natural rubber is widely used in railway track shock absorption,bridge shock absorption and other fields because of its excellent comprehensive performance,but it still has the disadvantages of low damping performance above room temperature and poor aging resistance.In this paper,through the test methods of damping coefficient,dynamic and static stiffness ratio,aging resistance,compression set,physical mechanical properties and other test methods,investigated the NR combined with other rubber,adjust the ratio of the rubber,vulcanization system,reinforced filling system,other additives and other methods effect on the performance of the NR-based damping damping layer.The main research results are as follows:First,the effects of two or three phases of NR and EPDM,SSBR,ENR,and BIIR on the shock absorption performance and basic physical and mechanical properties of the material are studied.The results show that the combined use with SSBR can improve the aging resistance and stability of dynamic-static stiffness ratio of the NR-based shockabsorbing material.In addition,the effective damping temperature range of vulcanizate becomes wider and moves to the high temperature region,the mechanical properties are relatively high,and the comprehensive performance is the best.With the increase of the SSBR content,the compression stability of dynamic-static stiffness ratio,aging resistance and compression set resistance of the NR/SSBR composites are improved,but the mechanical properties are gradually reduced,the dynamic and static stiffness ratios are gradually increased.The best combination ratio is 70/30.As the sulfur content increases,the mechanical properties of the blend rubber gradually improved,the dynamic and static stiffness ratio gradually decreases,but the rate of change of dynamic and static stiffness ratio decreases first and then increases,and the aging resistance becomes worse.The best amount of sulfur is one partion.Among the carbon blacks with different particle sizes,N330 reinforced rubber compound has the best comprehensive performance;among the added fillers such as kaolin,montmorillonite,talcum,graphene and carbon nanotubes,montmorillonite and carbon nanotubes have high dispersibility in the rubber compound,the reinforcement effect is better.These fillers have improved the damping performance of the blended rubber.Among them,rubber with montmorillonite has the widest effective damping temperature range,and rubber with carbon nanotubes has the largest tan? value at high temperatures,and the two supplement,and the stability of the dynamic and static stiffness ratio of these two filler-reinforced rubbers are better.In addition,the dynamic and static stiffness of graphene-containing rubber is relatively low.Adding an appropriate amount of LIR can improve the dispersibility of the fillers,improve the rubber's compression permanent deformation and aging resistance,reduce the dynamic and static stiffness ratio,but the fatigue stability become wrose.In the four resins,rubber with CSR6009 has the best overall performance.With the increase of CSR6009 content,the effective damping temperature range of vulcanizate rubber becomes wider,the tan? value increases at high temperature,the aging resistance and compression set resistance are improved.But vulcanizate rubber's mechanical properties gradually decrease,the dynamic and static stiffness ratio increases and the fatigue stability reduces.
