A bargain price′s and effective anti–corrosive method—organic corrosion resisting paint was selected according to heavy corrosion problem of high-sulfur crude oil at present. High polymer will generate electrostatic when it rubs with flowing oil. Therefore, functional paint of corrosion resisting and anti-static must be selected in the course of anti-corrosion of oil refining and oil storage equipment.The composite anti-static and corrosion-resistanting paints based on epoxy film forming matter and graphite powder carrier was prepared. The effects of graphite content on paint caking property and conductance before corrosion were discussed. The effects of graphite content and sulfur concentration on the conductance, corrosion resisting property and caking property were studied by method of static dipping during corrosion. Calculated paints′longevity by Fick diffusion law at room temperature. The results showed that caking property of epoxy and polyurethane antistatic paints reduced, conductance increased with graphite content increasing,When graphite content were greater than 35%, paints avoided sensing stage of electric resistance changing. In mediator of high-sulfur crude oil, sulfur concentration had no influence on epoxy antistatic paints , oil resistivity of paints reduced with temperature increasing;Selecting epoxy antistatic paints that graphite content is 35% was better at room-temperature, selecting epoxy paints that graphite content is 40%~45% between 50℃and 70℃, selecting paints that graphite content is about 45% was better at 70℃. Corrosion velocity of polyurethane antistatic paints which graphite content was less than 35% increased little by little with sulfur concentration increasing at the same temperature, when graphite content was greater than or equal to 35%, sulfur concentration had no influence on corrosion velocity of paints;Corrosion velocity of paints decreased with temperature increasing;Selected polyurethane antistatic paints that graphite content is 35% at room temperature according to rules of caking property,conductance and corrosion resisting property,selected polyurethane paints that graphite content is 42% between room-temperature and 50℃and paints that graphite content is about 45% was better between 50℃and 70℃. Calculated epoxy and polyurethane paints which graphite content is 35% longevity by Fick diffusion law at room temperature. Relationship between epoxy paint longevity and thickness is T=2.4×10~3L~2(年), relationship between polyurethane paint longevity and thickness is T=3.26×10~3L~2(年).
