Automatic Platen Die Cutting Machine is one of important devices in packing printing industry and elbow-bar mechanism is one of its key die components, the performance of elbow-bar mechanism has a direct effect on the stability and the speed of Die Cutting Machine. In this article, elbow-bar mechanism of Automatic Platen Die Cutting Machine was analyzed. The following work was mainly finished:1. The analysis of kinematics for the elbow-bar mechanism of Automatic Die Cutting Machine was given. Complex vector method, searching algorithm and numerical value method was used to analyze kinematics characteristics of elbow-bar mechanism, and the displacement, velocity, acceleration, rule of its movement of each joint point in a motion period were obtained.2. By using d'Alembert principle, the analysis of dynamic static about elbow-bar mechanism in case of unloading was given. The condition and the variable process about force of each joint point in a motion period were studied.3. The analysis of precision about elbow-bar mechanism with clearances was advanced. On the basis of analysis of the mechanism displacement error influenced by the bars length tolerance and clearances in revolute joints for elbow-bar mechanism, the technical method about tolerance distribution of bars length and fitting precision of joints were put forward.4. The analysis model of kinematics accuracy reliability of elbow-bar mechanism was established. On the basis of the analysis of reliability, the influence of the change of the stochastic variables mean value and mean square of bar length and hinge joint gaps error on the mechanism output accuracy was discussed, then the control direction on improving the kinematics accuracy reliability was put forward.5. The interface of the elbow-bar mechanism simulation analysis software was developed by means of MATLAB. The kinematical analysis synthesis and precision design...
