The crude oil from Nanyang oil field is of high microcrystallinewax, so it is the high quality petroleum wax raw material. The Nanyangwax fine chemical plant processes the crude oil, since the crude oil issimple, there are no such disadvantage as crude oil mixing refining ordifferent crude oil switching refining to influence the quality and thereceiving rate of lubricating oil and microcrystalline wax;The receivingrate of microcrystalline, may top out at 1.65 percentage point in thecrude oil, is highest in China. It is good for producing high added valueproducts such as polishing oil and microcrystalline wax at the same time,and it may reduce the production cost, thus ensure that microcrystallinewax is filled with competitive power to develop and produce, and exploithigh wax crude oil advantages, the resources superiority from Nanyangoil field, to the full.This article analyses the market prospect and the significance of themicrocrystalline from Nanyang wax fine chemical plant in details andsummarizes the present situation and the effect on the heavy raw materialButanone-Toluene deoiler when it are dealing with different rawmaterials, it also studies the problem of the heavy raw materialButanone-Toluene deoiler in practice and proposes the techniqueoptimization and the technological innovation plan.
