Caprolactam, is one kind of important organic chemical raw material. A lot of sickness will appear on somebody such as headache, tiredness, insomnia, forgettery if someone touch it frequently. Caprolactam can absorb humidity easily, dissolves in sebum, bring dermatitis to people who have touched it.At the present time , there are not exact ways to treat Caprolactam waste water either in China or aboard.Most of people are just making experiments to get the very way of treatment of Caprolactam waste water.This study is trying to treat the Caprolactam waste water with the A/O1/O2 System and find out the best factors of the System in treating.The A/O1/O2 system is look like the traditional A/O system after improving whose O part is separated into two parts.Padding is filled in each part of system, upon which will be put membrane.The experiment is divided into two parts.Part 1 is mainly experiment on wastewater which is confected in Lab.It focus at the influence upon system by R, HRT, DO, Temperature and find the best conditions.Part 2 focus at the research upon sludge.After research ,we found that:first, system runs in highestefficiency when R=3,HRT=7.5 — 10.5h , DO = 4 5mg/L,Temperature=20 35 °C ,and the mass ratio of degradable COD to NOx—N should be greater than 3.second,we don't discharge the sludge outside when the system is running .So we find that backflow the sludge into the system ,the sludge will be degraded.So the discharge of sludge will be decreased.Supervised by...
