Along with the application of each kind of electronic equipment, specially the popularization of computer, electromagnetic radiation pollution has been one of the worst environmental damages, such as the atmospheric pollution/the water pollution/the noisy pollution. The electromagnetic radiation pollution influences biological tissue, causes the human body pathological change, at the same time it does bad to descendant. We should adopt the effective measure and reduce it do bad influence to the humanity health. When the people living standard and healthy protection consciousness enhanced, the request of electromagnetic radiation shielding function to the textile is more and more strict, therefore it is significant to make the fabric with electromagnetic wave shielding function.The electromagnetic wave shielding of nanometal power is extremely good, because of its size effect and its special structure tunnel which produce many special performances, it has better electromagnetic wave reflection and absorption effect than themicron metal powder, moreover it has a greater magnetic induction intensity, highly effective, smooth and no poison to the human body, Therefore this paper mainly studied the nanosilver/copper powder, lectromagnetic wave shielding materials carry on the coated fabric and cause it to obtain the good electromagnetic wave shielding property.The predecessors have had the research indicated that because nanoparticles have very strong adsorption and extremely easy to occur the reunion, the nanometal pellets be unable distributed evenly on the fabric, it will affect the electromagnetic effect. In view of this problem, this paper chose AgNO3, HCOONH4, CuSO4 · 5H2O the hydration hydrazine etc as the basic raw materials, preperate the nanosols by chemmethod, then filter two kinds of nanosol and obtain powders, tested by the electronic scanning microscope and the Zetar laser granularity meter, Chose resin PUA-30 as the coating reagent, nanosilver/copper particles load on the fabric, simultaneously the resin prevent the metal particles from air abration, finally use mobile radiation measuring instrument measure the shielding properties, And general revolved by specail mathematic methods and carries on the experiments, the optimized parameters are obtained;also discuss the anti-radiation mechanism of thenanosilver/copper metal powder coating fabric and the coating fabric performance. This paper finally obtains following conclusions:1. From the test reports of Zetar laser granularity meter we discover the majority nanogranule particles size are about 60 -90nm,this shows the granularity of two kinds of metalsols already achieved the nanolevel. From the discussion of two kinds of nanosols preparation influence factors and the experiment we obtain the preparation conditions of two kinds of nanosol, and use the variance method to prove the influence factors are remarkable.2. Carry on anti-oxidized and disperser processing to the nanopowers, from the electronic scanning microscope photographs we know the processing was achieved the anticipated effect.3. Coated the fabric with the shield medicinal preparation, discuss influence craft parameters, and uses mathmatic method, obtained most superior craft parameters.4. From electronic scanning microscope photographs we know tiny powers are evenly dispersed. This testify no obvious reunion phenomenon happened, after laundering 50 times, the shielding properties resistant wash is still good, after discussion we knowthe electromagnetic wave shielding properties are the result ofelectric conduction mechanism and the nanomaterial specialeffection.5. After the experiments, coating process influences the fabricfeel, but its water vapour and air permeability achieve thegarment requests.
