As industrialization of polymer flooding spread on great scale in Daqing oil field, polymerflooding becomes perfect day by day. According to the production target prediction problemsexisted in the program and deployment of polymer flooding, a lot of research have been doneand also gained some effective methods which basically meet the need of polymer industrialproduction in oil field. However, with the enlargement of polymer flooding industrialization,most block of the main productive zone entered the period of water rising in later polymerinjection. Although the way used in the subsequent water flooding production is water flooding,it is some different from formal water flooding for its production rate is farther along withpattern development and adjusting measures. However, all these new problems are not fullyconsidered in the past methods of polymer production target prediction, so production targetproduction of subsequent water flooding has become a burning issue of the moment.The paper, based on practical experience of subsequent water flooding blocks and leaseexperiments, analysis and discuss the change law of main production target of polymerflooding in the main production zone ( water cut, liquid production, oil production), accordingto dynamic and static data of wells in polymer industrialization block combined with numericalsimulation theory calculation. The priorities are the diversification characteristics of each targetin the subsequent water flooding. According to diversification characteristics of these targets,the paper studies how the heterogeneousness, water flooded condition, interconnectingcondition of zone;key measures injector parameters affect these targets from polymer floodingmechanism. Based on influence equations, production target prediction models are built usingHall curve theory, relative permeability curve, relations of water saturation and relativepermeability and material balance equation. Parameters of models are calculated by the way ofcomputer program and so that a simple, fast way have been gained to predict production targetof polymer subsequent flooding. Furthermore this prediction method is applied inNorth-â…¡-west-west and North-â…¡-west-east blocks and this method can meet the demand ofprecision by verifying.
