The 438 block of Shuanghe oilfield is an attempt to explore the development technology two phase compound flooding of Henan oilfield. In the progress of oilfield practice, the two phase compound flooding achived a certain development effect. However, because of problems of the two phase compound flooding such as difficulties of injection and low sweep area and displacement efficiency improvement, The current development of the two phase compound flooding in the test block has not reached the expected level. In this case, the paper is projected to explore development efficiency of the two phase compound flooding and improve the development status of the 438 block of Shuanghe oilfield and guide the other oilfield development of the two phase compound flooding at the same time.In this paper, firstly, according to the existing static and dynamic data analysis of the 438 block of Shuanghe oilfield, using Petrel geological modeling software to establish the geological model of the block, and establish the numerical model of the block and the finish the accurate history matching. According to the history match result, the development status of the block and the remaining oil distribution were analyzed.On this base, using the Eclipse numerical simulation software to analysis the factors of the effect of two phase compound flooding such as displacement system parameters and injection production parameters, and achived the influence degree of the these pramaters, and then, determined the optimal values of the pramaters. On the base of the determined flooding component and injection/production mode, the length of the plug of the two phase component flooding was adjusted, as well as the the reservoir of edge water intrusion problem analysising and the edge water control method.Finally, based on the existing water flooding development effect evaluation method, according to the influence factors on the effect of chemical compound flooding and the chemical component flooding oilfield development effect around the world, A set of chemical compound flooding development effect evaluation method is established. According to the development situation of compound flooding, the corresponding evaluation criteria are given. As well, The two phase component flooding development effectness of 438 block of Shuanghe oilfield was evaluated according to this evaluation standard.
