DST (Drill Stem Test), a fast test for show of oil and gas while drilling. For itseconomic and fast, and forecasting early reservoir parameters and productivity, it'swidely used in oilfield, as a master tool for formation evaluation.The paper includes seven parts, chapter 1 introduces object, significance, presentresearch and means of DST;chapter 2 tells theory and method of DST;chapter 3, 4make researches of DST model in isotropic reservoir and composite reservoir,respectively;chapter 5 make new research of DST model in infinite conductivityvertical fracture well;chapter 6 tells the model and use of software;chapter 7 isconclusion of paper.The paper makes deep researches of slug-flow-DST in isotropic reservoir,composite reservoir, and infinite conductivity vertical fracture well from theory ofMechanics of Fluid Flow in Porous Media. Based on present research accomplishment,paper founds and resolves models with well storage and skin effect in differentboundaries, and plots corresponding typical curves, and analyzes affection factors, andmakes software.The paper solves DST model in infinite conductivity vertical fracture well, whichenriches knowledge of infinite conductivity vertical fracture well, and establishesfoundation for further research of DST in finite conductivity vertical fracture well.
