As the continuous development of national economy, we need more and more energy. According to the characteristic of our state petroleum resource, we need to face the question that understand and research the Low-Permeability Reservoir behaviors. So the paper's main aims are which established and worked out the Penetration-Flow equations of Low-Permeability Reservoir with inside and outside boundary conditions by introducing the Startup-Pressure Grads and considering the Well-hole Storage, Skin effects through the basic theory of Penetration Mechanics and DST Slug Flow characteristic, which based on the Low-Permeability and Low-Penetrate speed traits of formations. After that, we plotted the Low-Permeability Reservoir DST Slug Well Test Template Curves to interpret the practical well test datum and improve understanding of the Low-Permeability Reservoir behaviors.The paper researched following reservoir's models under Low-Speed and Non-Darcy conditions: 1.Homogenous Reservoir; 2.Double-Porosity Medium Reservoir; 3.Homogenous Radial Compound Reservoir; 4. Dual-Penetrate Reservoir. As well as considered Outside Boundaries as follows: 1. the Infinity Boundary; 2.the Round Consistent Pressure Boundary; 3.the Round Closed Boundary.I finished the paper and got these following results:(l)Established and worked out the Homogenous Non-Darcy Low-Permeability Reservoir DST Slug Well Test Model, considered the up Outside Boundaries and plotted their Template Curves;(2)Established and worked out the Double-Porosity Medium Non-Darcy Low-Permeability Reservoir DST Slug Well Test Model, considered the up Outside Boundaries and plotted their Template Curves;(3)Established and worked out the Homogenous Radial Compound Non-Darcy Low-Permeability Reservoir DST Slug Well Test Model, considered the up Outside Boundaries and plotted their Template Curves;(4)Established and worked out the Dual-Penetrate Non-Darcy Low-Permeability Reservoir DST Slug Well Test Model, considered the up Outside Boundaries and plotted their Template Curves;(5)Developed the "Low Speed Non-Darcy DST Slug Well Test Analysis Software" using Visual Basic 6.0.
