An important conclusion is drawn that the renovation of twisting methods and spinning methods improve textile technology in the latter-day development of spinning technology from many spinning methods. The renovation of twisting methods is the core of the spinning technology. Twisting methods have developed from traditional single-twisting to multi-twisting. With the development of multi-twisting technology, the twister based on multi-twisting theory comes into being. Latest-twisting-machine is a processing yarn equipment that twists yarns of various fibre highly efficiently based on multi-twisting theory. The purpose of twisting is to make yarns acquire some physical capabilities by changing the structure of the yarns, and to improve the quality of the yarns. The quality of twisting has a very important effect on the succedent process of yarns and the quality of cloth. The traditional twisters do not satisfy these requirements .The transmission and control system is the core of the twister. A new type transmission and control system based on the mechatronic technology and the PCI local bus technology is developed, which is the development direction of the local bus in computers. The transmission system is the multi-motor transmission system of four motors. This thesis analyses the multi-motor transmission system of the twister with the analytical method based on multi-twisting theory, and establishes appropriate mathematic model. The running of spindles , the winding of bobbins and the reciprocate of guiding-yarns are controlled in phase by the control system, which is based on the integration of the AC servo technology, the frequency conversion technology, the PCI local bus technology and the twisting theory .The Visual Basic program language is used to realize modularized design in the software system. According to various technical requests, it can gain the required yarn by inputting different parameters such as the twisting direction, the winding angle and so on from the friendly human-computer interface. The parameters are calculated and converted into control signals by the main program, which drive motors and executes mechanisms to realize multifarious functions such as twisting, winding, changing twisting degree, monitoring online and so on.The prominent virtues of the transmission and control system are the following: the simple structure of the machine is propitious to maintain;the short transmission route lessens energy consumption and the malfunctions;the convenient control adapts to the small batch and many varieties produce. The maintenance of the software is simple, the operation of the human-computer interface is convenient, and the transplant of the program is very good. The application of the local bus technology in the control system improves the technology content, the Add-ons value and the market competition competence of the whole machine. |
