In this paper, both the analysis of vector tube bending and the principle of data-information transformation have been investigated based on the research achievement of the bending tube craft at home and abroad. Then the triangle arithmetic is put forward while the two traditional method—the orientation-cosine arithmetic and plane-equation arithmetic are discussed to work out DDP data. Moreover corresponding soft have been made by using rapid development-VC++ based on the triangle arithmetic. The DDP parameter have been used by semi-roboticized NC machine tool for tube bending.Further more, according to the simulation about the realization of three-dimensional NC tube bending, calculate method for transformation of different coordinate point information is conducted and centre-line nodical coordinate math model of regularization is also founded in the paper. Meanwhile, the drawing regulations about line segments and curly segments of tube bending surface are analysed. Three-dimensional model of NC tube bending have been emulated by using paramentrization modelization through the interface function of VC++ and OpenGL.
