The net tortoise shell is the important part of catalytic equipment in the petrify industry, as a result of operating condition hardness, it is easy to appear many kinds of expiration such as deformation, break and so on under the ultra temperature condition because intensity question, therefore carries on its structure analysis has a very important significance under comprehensive high temperature condition. This article take the mechanics of plasticity and Elasticity and thermodynamics as a foundation, and carries on the analysis to the practical application net tortoise shell, emphatically has studied thermal deformation of net tortoise shell under the ultra temperature condition. According to the limited unit theory, has established the net tortoise shell finite element model, carries on the temperature field of each main operation stage with the aid of function formidable finite element analysis software ANSYS, simultaneously has made the analysis comparison to the net tortoise shell deformation in the different restraint condition. Obtains deformation rule of the net tortoise shell under ultra temperature condition. Including:(1) Introduces domestic research situation about the net tortoise shell, has enumerated the case which some domestic the net tortoise shell damages, has analyzed the factor which the net tortoise shell damages, provide the topic basis for the research of the net tortoise shell in the high temperature .(2) The method of building the finite element model of the net tortoise shell is studied, the hot-structure analysis related theory is studied, and carries on the simulation computation under the different geometry shape and the load condition of the net tortoise shell, has compiled the correlation the disposal procedure.(3) Have calculated deformation of the net tortoise shell at 760℃ , 800℃, 850℃, 880℃, 900°C temperature condition when the net tortoise shell is fixed up firmly ,and give the deformation data and formula of the net tortoise shell at different areas.Including:(1) When the area of the spot falls off is between 0.1 and 0.3 m~2, has the few deformations in the net tortoise shell thickness z direction, the deformations quantity about 5mm, in the x-y plane has not deformations.(2) When the area of the spot falls off is between 0.3 and 0.6 mJ, has the obvious deformations in the net tortoise shell thickness z direction, the deformations quantity is bigger than 20mm, in the x-y plane has the distorted deformations, about 2mm.(3) When the area of the spot falls off is between 0.6 and 1 m2, it has obvious deformations in the net tortoise shell thickness z direction, above 30mm, in the x-y plane has the distorted deformations, about 2mm.(4) Have calculated deformation of the net tortoise shell at 760°C , 800°C, 850°C, 880°C, 900 °C temperature condition when the net tortoise shell is fixed up partly ,and give the deformation data and formula of the net tortoise shell at different areas.Inluding:(D When the area of the spot falls off is about between 0.15 and 0.3 m1, has the few deformations in the net tortoise shell thickness z direction, the deformations quantity about 5 mm, in the x-y plane has not deformations.(2) When the area of the spot falls off is between 0.3 and 0.6 m2, has the obvious deformations in the net tortoise shell thickness z direction, the deformations quantity is bigger than 20mm, in the x-y plane has the distorted deformations, about 2mm.(3) When the area of the spot falls off is between 0.6 and 1 m1, it has obvious deformations in the net tortoise shell thickness z direction, above 30mm, in the x-y plane has the distorted deformations, about 2mm.
