Pyrolysis synthesis of nano powders is a new technique and a new employs shock wave to the original materials, and at the same time make this materials change into the other materials which we need under high temperature and high pressure. This materials will take some chemical or physical changes under this environment. This is a new method of materials process, and this method has some superior aspects such as simple equipments, short reactive times, cheap cost and can productive in mass.In this paper the anatase, rutile and brookite nanometer titanium oxide and their admixtures were synthesized by explosive methods. The influence of the preparation parameters on the size and the crystalline phase of the TiO2 crystallite were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique , SEM, TEM and BET analysis. With this characterize method , indicating that detonation temperature plays a very important role in the crystalline phase transformation. With increasing the proportion of detonator, the size of TiO2 crystallite increased, and meanwhile the crystalline phase transform from anatase and brookite which are low temperature phases to rutile which is high temperature phase. At the same time we do some basic research with the theoretics of materials' destroy and explosive synthesis.In the synthesis experimentation we use metatitanic acid and RDX as the original materials, After different proportion of the experimentation, get the best proportion of originals and the basic parameter of detonator speed .detonator temperature which can make good powder size, ability of adsorption-sesorption, kinds of crystallite and so on.Combined with the theoretics calculating and experimental result ,we achieve the ralation between the heat of explosive , press of explosive and the size ,BET surface, and so on.At the same time we do some basic research in the theorise of detonation synthesis. Build the mode of impact crash, chemical heat decompose, water vapour explosion at the end.
