Quantum dots synthesized in water are more statable and consistent in biological applications than which synthesized in oil. far-IR region Biological imaging should especially be enhanced with infrared probes due to separation from autofluorescence background and increased penetration of excitation and emission light through tissue , which is attractive for various biological applications.The synthesis and the spectra of nanocrystals involve with their application in future. The low waste is expectation of people. The more saving approach and the condition of highly fluorescence quantum dots synthesis were provided in the article.(1) Finding a better method with low waste and the least time contrast with wich provided before.(2) Highly fluorescence CdTe nanocrystals were gained, with the quantum yield 51.4%.(3) Due to the particles of CdTe and ZnS or CdS having a definite lattice match, the CdTe/ZnS and CdTe/CdS semiconductor nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized in an aqueous solution system by choosing the proper condition of synthesis, such as method, materials, the order of joined materials et.al. MPA was regarded as a good stabilizer. This method was simple, safe, wild, and low-cost refluxing, The morphology and spectra of compound of sulfur category have been studied. Its spectra were different from the single material which indicated that the two single particles have been combined chemically not mechanically.The growth of CdS shell of was discovered in the spectra CdTe/CdS nanoparticles. It is a simple and useful way to prove the CdTe/CdS nanoparticles.
