Thirty-nine novel phosphorus compounds containing substituted pyridine were synthesized. They can be divided into three types as following according to their structure formulas:(1) (4-SubstitutedPhenyl) (2-Chloropyridyl-5-methyl) Phosphinate(11)R1=CH3, C2H5, n-Pr, i-Pr, n-Bu, t-BuR2=H, Cl, CH3(2)2-2[(2-substitued-5-pyridyhnethylamino)(aryl)]methyl-4-Aryl-5,5-dimethyl-l,3,2-dioxaphosphinane 2-Oxides(19)R=H,C1; R1 = H, 4-C1, 2,4-Cl2 4-NO2, 4-OCH3; R2= H,4-C1 (3) O-Ethyl-O '-Aryl-N-(2-substitued-5-pyridiylmethylamino) Phosphoramidates ( 9 )R1 =H , 4-CI, 2-CH3 , 2,4-Cl2 , 2,3,4,5,6-Cl5 R2 = H, ClTheir structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, MS, IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. Their properties of physical, chemical and spectroscopy of these title compounds were systematically investigated. The synthetic methods and reaction conditions were also studied. The fungicidal, msectical and herbicidal activity of the target compounds and Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 31p NMR, MS, IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. Their properties of physical, chemical and spectroscopy of these title compounds were systematically investigated. The synthetic methods and reaction conditions were also studied. The fungicidal, insectical and herbicidal activity of the target compounds and their relationship between the structure and activity were also investigated.
