In this paper, novel oximinophosphorothioates and oxime ether derivatives are designed and synthesized by bringing the pyridine, thiazole, thiophosphorate and oxime moieties into a molecular framework according to sub-structure linkage, bioisosterism theories. Also , we designed and synthesized a type of novel double substituted dihydropyrimidine derivatives by introducing pyridine and thiazole into dihydropyrimidine molecular framework. The structures of all target compounds prepared have been confirmed by ~1H NMR, IR, EI-MS spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis.1 Oximinophosphorothioates containing 1H-1, 2, 3-triazole and pyridine or thiazole (â… )2. Oxime ether containing 1H-1,2,3-triazole and pyridine or thiazole (â…¡).3. Dihydropyrimidine ethanone double-substituted derivatives containing of pyridine or thiazole (â…¢) moieties. The preliminary biological activities of these target compounds showed that some of them exhibited some extents of pesticide activitiy.
