| Submersed macrophtes are the primary producers in aquatic ecosystems. They absorb nutritious and clean water. Hereby, studies on submersed plant's absorbing heavy meatals and adversity physiological features are helpful to solving lake pollutions and rebuilding lake ecosystems. As an extension to the"973"Program of National Planning key basic research project -----the study of China lake nutrient over-enrichment process and the mechanism of blue alga outbreak, this paper introduces our experiments as below:(1) Experiment on heavy metal absorption and disorption abilities of Ceratophyllum demersum , Hydrilla verticillata and Myriophyllum triphyllum, in order to campare their absorption capability .(2) Experiment on Myriophyllum triphyllum and Hydrilla verticillata mainly to know physiologic reaction of submerged plants under adversity of heavy metal stress and concentration of heavy metal inside the plants.(3) Experiment on Hydrilla verticillata to evaluate stress of nitration nitrogen enrichment and aminate nitrogen enrichment in water column on Hydrilla verticillata ,and physiologic reaction of the Hydrilla verticillata.Conclusions:(1) In the sorption kinetics experiment, Cu2+ sorptions by Ceratophyllum demersum, Myriophyllum triphyllum and Hydrilla verticillata respectively, all reached balance within 35mins, all of the test results of sorption kinetics recommended the pseudo second-order equation and indicated that this kind of sorption was a complicated process of simultaneous actions of many reactions. The test results of thermodynamic sorption fitted with Langmuir model better than Freundlich model, and the maximum sorption quantites were 13.12, 20.12, 7.79mg/g,... |
