There are many types of pollutants in environmental field especially in water environment, and the influence of water biological is not caused by a contaminant. So more and more people began to pay attention to the research of combined pollution and its influence mechanism. A variety of pollutant interactions and joint effect have important significance to evaluate pollutants to the actual environmental behavior and ecological risk. The paper selected two kinds of submerged macrophytes——Myriophyllum spicatum L. and Ceratophyllum demersum L. as this research object. In this dissertation, the effects of SDS and Cr6+ single pollution and combined pollution on the growth state of two plants were studied. On the base of above phenomenon, the effects of SDS and Cr6+ single pollution and combined pollution on the content of Chlorophyll、MDA、soluble sugar、proline(Pro) 、 soluble protein and the activities of peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in leaves of M. spicatum and C. demersum were studied. The main conclusions were as follows:1.SDS effects on M. spicatum and C. demersum Growth and the Physiological and Biochemical index. When the concentration of SDS is lower than 10 mg/L,SDS caused M. spicatum and C. demersum little poisoning symptom. With increasing concentrations of SDS,this two plants poisoning symptom were increased significantly, that shows a dose-dependent.When the concentration of SDS is lower than 10 mg/L,the content of Chlorophyll、soluble sugar and the activities of SOD in leaves of M. spicatum and C. demersum were increased. With increasing concentrations of SDS,the three indexes decreased in different degrees. With increasing concentrations of SDS,the content of MDA and proline rised obviously. When the concentration of SDS is lower than 40 mg/L,the activity of POD and the content of soluble protein were increased,With increasing concentrations of SDS,the activity of POD decreased obviously, while the reduction of chlorophyll content is not obvious.2.Cr6+ effects on M. spicatum and C. demersum Growth and the Physiological and Biochemical index.Cr6+ can inhibit the growth of M. spicatum and C. demersum。The inhibitory effect on the growth of M. spicatum and C. demersum showed a significant dose dependent. With the increase of the concentration of Cr6+,the two plants showed obviously poisoning symptom.Generally speaking,With increasing concentrations of Cr6+,the content of Chlorophyll and soluble sugar reduced significantly, but the content of MDA rised obviously. The activity level of POD and SOD increased firstly and then reduced. With the increase of the concentration of Cr6+,the content of proline and soluble protein was higher than the control group, but there was a decreasing trend.3.Effect of the combination of SDS and Cr6+ on M. spicatum and C. demersum Growth and the Physiological and Biochemical index. The combined effects of SDS and Cr6+ inhibit the growth of M. spicatum and C.demersum and the higher the concentration of Cr6+ is, the more obvious symptoms of poisoning is. Two drugs are synergy. In leaves of M. spicatum, when the concentration of SDS is unchanged, the content of Chlorophyll and soluble protein and the activity level of SOD decrease with the increase of Cr6+’s concentration, while the content of soluble sugar and proline and the activity level of POD increased firstly and then reduced. MDA content increased significantly. In leaves of C. demersum, the content of Chlorophyll 、soluble sugar、proline、soluble protein and the activity level of POD、SOD increased firstly and then reduced, but MDA content increased significantly.4.Effect of the combination of SDS and Cr6+ on the submicroscopic structure of M.spicatum.Compared with the control group, under the effect of Cr6+ single, and M.spicatum L.’s cells damaged and submicroscopic changes; Under the joint action, the cells damage is more serious and internal structure disorder with the cell internal structure deformation and even appeared dissolve chloroplasts、the serious plasmolysis and a large amount of black deposit.
