The electrolytic aluminum is a high energy consumption industry. Energy sources in short supply has become a worldwide problem. The key to enterprise is on how to reduce the power of electrolytic aluminum.The preliminary expatiation of this thesis is basis on the development process, development scales, and technological work condition. The enterprise was established in 1966. At present the enterprise are in possession the advanced 200kA large- scale prebacked-anode type cell. The 90kA minitype was revamped. And it has produced the scale of 270000 ton per year.Detailed analyzed the process condition and control requirement for 90kA prebacked-anode type cell. Various methods about reducing the power consumption were investigated and analyzed. Especially in electrolytic cell and production technology. The development process and merit of the "Four Low One High" was represented. The "Four Low One High" namely is technical control process of low electrolyte temperature , low molecular proportion , low aluminum oxide consistency , low effect coefficient, high load voltage.Giving a new process qualification "Two High One Low";The process qualifications are as follows: relative increase current and the aluminum level, then lower the cell enactment voltage: So as to optimize the origin process qualification and reduce energy consumption. It is basis on the theories and example and according to the actual circumstance of LanZhou Liancheng aluminum industry Co. Ltd. Through practice of enterprise , it has obtained good economic benefit. The optimization of process qualification have been established as follows: current of 92kA, aluminum level of 20-21 cm, the voltage of 4.188 V. Other process conditions are constant;Electrolysing cell run steadily and effect of decline energy consumption is obvious.The detailed operation and management rules about the work condition especially about the alterative course are established. Make the demand of information collection and disposal rationalization.
