With the new vertical shaft of coal mine cross-over special thick alluvium, the double layer reinforced concrete shaft lining's force condition is more and more complexer, in order to make the design theory of this shaft lining more appropriater, according to site actual measurement, the force mechanics and design theory of freezing shaft double layer reinforced concrete shaft lining is systematically researched by theoretical analysis, test research and numerical simulation. Firstly, the force mechanics of inner and outer shaft lining, the stress condition of inner and outer concrete are analyzed, then the corrected coefficient of concrete strength is presented by the theory of complex stress condition, by the corrected coefficient of concrete strength, the corrected calculation formula of thickness and ultimate bearing capacity of the shaft lining are presented. Secondly, the force mechanics of inner shaft lining is simulated by physical simulation tests, then the stress condition of concrete, the increased coefficient of concrete strength and ultimate bearing capacity of the shaft lining are analyzed. Thirdly, the mode of inner shaft lining is applied symmetric vertical restrain by ANSYS software, and calculated according plain face strain problem, for the mode of outer shaft lining, the are two numerical calculations according circumferential crack and without circumferential crack, then we find that the result of ultimate bearing capacity and the result of theory is anastomotic, it indicate that researching shaft lining by numerical simulation is feasible.By the research result, we find that the shaft lining structure calculation method optimized by the corrected coefficient of concrete strength on spindle stress condition is agree with freezing shaft lining's force condition in special thick alluvium.
