Doxycycline is one of the antibiotic wider-used materials in the world. Doxycycline industry wastewater comes from the process of producing Doxycycline element, which is composed of waste mixture liquid of chlorination, expurgation, hydrogenation, replacement and washing wastewater. Through investigating technics of Doxycycline factories and analyzing the water quality of Doxycycline industry wastewater, the thesis finds that Doxycycline industry wastewater belongs to high density organic wastewater, that it has low acidity, deep color and smell, that its component is complex, that it contains much weak biodegradability and toxicity, and that its biodegradability is not good. On the basis of the characteristics of doxycycline wastewater, using complexation extraction could recycle. The technology of sediment-adsorption-coagulation to pretreat toxicity was studied. The biochemical treatment of the wastewater has been studied, and the effluent can meet the discharge standard for antibiotic industry wastewater of China. On the basis of the characteristics of doxycycline wastewater, the main pollutant index of wastewater was analysed. A gas chromatographic method was established to determine methanol and ethanol simultaneously. The method which was determined simultaneously contents of sulfosalicylic acid and p-toluene sulfuric acid by UV spectrophotometry was established. The mutual relation-ship between CODCr and organic matter in the wastewater was analysed, it provided subject to the treatment of wastewater. The extraction method based on reversible chemical complexation is highly effective and selective for separation polar organic solutes from dilute solution. The system of extraction and stripping was studied, the extractant(7301),diluent (sul- phonating kerosene and n-octanol)and stripping agent (NaOH) were selected.The...
