Objection:To research the prescription and preparation technics of Liposolubility tea polyphenols nano-emulsion for injection, Liposolubility tea polyphenols belongs to grease-solubility,so apparent grease distribute coefficient is bigger,and estimate the stability and physics-chemistry quality. Methods:To adopt the method of centrifugal stabilization parameter, confirm the emulsion HLB, apparent grease distribute coefficient is the biggest and grease distribute coefficient is bigger in test, is propitious to dissolve in injection oil for medicament and make nano-emulsion, consequently succeed to determine the best proportion of the mixed emulsion.Making Liposolubility tea polyphenols injection by water-solubility adding dissolution for adjuvant.The result of test indicates,the decompose rate of Liposolubility tea polyphenols is different in water at different pH value.Adopt UV prismatic luminosity to determine the content, review the emulsification time , emulsion dosage , emulsification temperature and emulsification press according to the stabilization parameter,transpiring the infection of preparation technics. Preparation technics of Liposolubility tea polyphenols nano-emulsion is optimized by reviewing single factor.The prescription of nano-emulsion is optimized by the orthogonal test.Consult the result of zeta potentiometer topH value and sterilization condition of the emulsion. Optimize the prescription of the emulsion by orthogonal test.Review the stability and infection factor of the emulsion by speedup test. ConcIusionsrThe Liposolubility tea polyphenols nano-emulsion for injection physics-chemistry tranquilizes.
